Building on research into Pathumwananurak Park, established by the Crown Property Bureau, this installation weaves an imaginative narrative around Fufu, the late royal dog. Accustomed to privilege, Fufu navigates communal life in an afterlife paradise inspired by the park’s history. Along the way, he encounters new friends, mythical beings, and the struggle to return home—an allegory of resistance against inherited structures.

Who grants permission for a garden or a sanctioned park to exist? On whose land are boundaries drawn, and which lives—human, animal, or plant—are permitted within them? The work examines the park as both a physical space and a constructed paradise, questioning the rights to land, the definition of publicness, and the power dynamics behind heavily curated landscapes.

The installation features video animations, a mural illustrating the paradise’s mythical origins, and two woven carpets that evoke tensions between public and private realms, unraveling the logic and illusion of a picture-perfect landscape.
